7.4/10

I had a pleasant stay at the New York Marriott At The Brooklyn Bridge. The room I stayed in was peaceful and comfortable, although it was a bit far from the single set of elevators. I enjoyed the M Lounge for breakfast and evening snacks, but the dining options outside the lounge were a bit underwhelming. The location was terrific, with easy access to the subway and plenty of shopping nearby.

Rooms
8.0
My room was comfortable and quiet, located at the back of the building. However, it was quite a trek from the elevators, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location
9.0
This hotel's location is optimal, just steps away from the subway and surrounded by dining and shopping options. It’s perfectly situated for exploring Brooklyn and even Manhattan.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were convenient, especially the M Lounge, but I expected a bit more variety. I felt the breakfast charge was high for what was provided.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered several facilities, including a gym and housekeeping, which were adequate for my needs.

7.4/10

My stay at New York Marriott At The Brooklyn Bridge had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic for accessing the Brooklyn Bridge and the subway, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I faced issues with the noisy environment, especially from nearby escalators and parties, which hindered my sleep. Also, the amenities fell short, such as lacking bottled water and decent coffee in the room.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious, but noise from the bar area and check-in escalators disrupted my sleep. Upon arrival, it was initially uncomfortably warm, but maintenance resolved it fairly quickly.
Service
7.0
The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. Their friendly demeanor made a difference, even if the overall service experience had some shortcomings.
Location
8.0
The hotel is excellently located for exploring the Brooklyn Bridge and has easy access to public transportation, which I found especially convenient.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent, particularly the included meals at the conference, but the in-room coffee was subpar and disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The workout facility was nice, but I found the internet connection patchy and the absence of informal gathering spaces for conference attendees a bit problematic.

6.4/10

My stay at the New York Marriott At The Brooklyn Bridge was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Manhattan and close to subway stations. The room was spacious and clean, but the service and amenities have changed since my last visit, which left me a bit disappointed.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, providing enough comfort throughout my stay.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in process took too long, and my experience at the bar was frustrating with staff moving me around.
Location
9.0
The location could not be better. convenient access to subway stations and close proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were limited. a grab-and-go counter was okay, but it would have been nice to have more variety and free breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
Although there are several facilities available, the much-discussed resort fee felt a bit exploitative given that the credits cannot be combined across days.

5.8/10

I had a good stay at the New York Marriott At The Brooklyn Bridge. The location was excellent for exploring the Brooklyn Bridge and accessing multiple subway lines. However, there were some drawbacks, like the lack of room service and bottled water, and my room had a few maintenance issues, which were disappointing for the price I paid.

Rooms
6.0
I was in a double room that was clean and larger than I expected, but it had maintenance issues like a tattered chair upholstery and a troublesome shower. The double beds felt small, too.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Agnes at the front desk. However, the staff could have communicated the conference details better, which was a bit frustrating.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was fantastic. I enjoyed a lovely walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, and it was close to various subway lines for easy access to Manhattan.
Dining
6.0
While the food at the conference was quite good, the hotel had limited restaurant hours and no room service, which was disappointing. The breakfast options were decent but not amazing.
Facilities
6.0
I found the overall facilities to be average. The lack of amenities like bottled water in the room and limited dining options felt like a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber.

5.4/10

My stay at the New York Marriott At The Brooklyn Bridge was quite nice, especially thanks to the fantastic service and prime location. I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room. However, I did encounter some issues with the Wi-Fi and staff availability at check-in, which slightly marred my experience.

Rooms
10.0
The Executive Room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with bright large windows. However, I did miss having a microwave to heat up leftovers.
Service
8.0
The staff was incredibly pleasant and eager to help, although there were long lines at check-in due to what seemed like understaffing. Most of the time, they tried their best to accommodate everyone.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and just a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. It was convenient for exploring both Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was included, but the offerings were pretty much the same every day without much variety. I expected a bit more in terms of options.
Facilities
8.0
I enjoyed the amenities, particularly the amazing lap pool, though I found the Wi-Fi connection to be quite poor, especially for work purposes.
